[scroll down for English] Třetí část zahájení bienále Ve věci umění 2026 v sobotu 13. června zavede publikum do ateliérového a rezidenčního centra Tusculum, které v historickém areálu a parku Chittussiho nemocnice od roku 2023 buduje kulturní a umělecká platforma Petrohradská kolektiv. ☘️ V rámci programu proběhne participativní happening ukrajinského kolektivu GALAS, který zve ke společné hře a vaření pro registrované účastnictvo už od 13:00 → https://matterof.art/cz/udalosti/participativni-happening-how-to-galas-a-guide-to-progressParalelně probíhající workshop od 14:00 s kolektivem StonyTellers vybízí k pozorování, naslouchání a citlivému zkoumání různých rostlin, míst, objektů a vůní v rozlehlém areálu Tuscula. V 16:00 pak proběhne veřejné slavnostní otevření projektu kolektivu StonyTellers „V zahradě“ – nově vznikající zeleninové zahrady, která je součástí venkovního areálu Tuscula. Návštěvnictvo si bude moct zakoupit kolektivně připravené občerstvení. Peníze půjdou na pomoc Ukrajině. Odpoledne bude pokračovat čtením poezie Tarase Gembika s hudebním doprovodem Zoi Michailové.

The third part of the opening of the Biennale Matter of Art will take the audience to the Tusculum studio and residency center, which the cultural and artistic platform Petrohradská kolektiv has been developing since 2023 on the grounds of the historic Chittussi Hospital. A parallel workshop from 2 p.m. with the StonyTellers collective will encourage observation, listening, and the sensitive exploration of various plants, places, objects, and scents throughout the expansive grounds of Tusculum → https://matterof.art/events/who-is-talking-in-the-garden-workshop-with-stonytellers
At 4:00 p.m., there will be a public grand opening of the StonyTellers collective’s project “In the Garden”—a newly emerging vegetable garden that is part of Tusculum’s outdoor premises. Visitors will be able to purchase refreshments prepared collectively. The proceeds will go to aid Ukraine. The afternoon will continue with a poetry reading by Taras Gembik, accompanied by music by Zoi Michailova. The afternoon will conclude with a DJ set by Zoi Michailova.

The three-month exhibition and program of events will take place from June 12 to September 13, 2026, at the National Gallery Prague – Trade Fair Palace, and from June 12 to September 26 in GAMPA – City Gallery Pardubice, and the Tusculum Prague arts center. The project is cocurated by Jaroslava Tomanová, Jakub Gawkowski, and František Fekete.
The Biennale Matter of Art 2026 is held under the patronage of Eva Pavlová, First Lady of the Czech Republic, and Jan Čižinský, Mayor of Prague 7.
