YWCA is celebrating its 31st Annual Milestones A Tribute to Women Awards on March 26th, 2026 at the Glass City Center Ballroom.
This prestigious award honors 8 extraordinary women and their accomplishments through their careers, community service, leadership, and dedication to YWCA's mission.
Celebrate, inspire, and empower as YWCA shines a spotlight on Northwest Ohio's most distinguished women at the Milestones annual luncheon. Established to increase community awareness and appreciation for the diverse contributions of women leaders in Northwest Ohio, this luncheon has honored more than 200 women over the last 31 years.

The Milestones awards luncheon has evolved into YWCA of Northwest Ohio’s largest fundraising event, sponsored by local companies and organizations each year. It is one of the area’s most prestigious award recognition events for women.
