About this Event
You’re invited to a 3-mile women’s ruck (walking with weight) through Miami Beach. We meet Wednesday evenings at 7:50pm in South Pointe Park (next to fountains, by the water) and leave by 8:00pm for movement and connection.
Bring your own vest, walk without one, or borrow from us—limited vests available first come, first served. All levels welcome.
No pressure. No performance. Just movement, good people, and a reason to be outside. That’s what we call strength.
