What can I expect from the session?
The soundbath healing experience allows your nervous system to re-balance. Balancing the autonomic nervous system and revitalising fatigue. The vibrations and tones of the ancient instruments played during the sessions help tap into your 'gamma' brainwave frequency, the frequency for love and meditation.
Your 'relaxation station' will be set up for you. Mats, cosy blankets, small pillows and bolsters provided.
We start with a few gentle movements to unlock the body, I then do a guided meditation based on Ayurvedic wisdom, the elements, chakras or other topics( this changes everytime)
The meditation then links into the soundbath healing, where I play the gongs, coshi chimes, drum, tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, diadra and many other instruments ( my tool box is growing!)
You will experience different soundwave frequencies which help to soothe, invigorate, release and ground your energies.
The class finishes with time to reflect and stretch.
