Build a rubber band-powered foam rocket, give it a Yuri’s Night glow-up, then step up to the launch line and take your shot at the target. Quick builds, easy launches, and low-stakes!
Spin for Gravity! Project Hail Mary Challenge
Step up and test rotating spacecraft inspired by Project Hail Mary. Spin scale models on a turntable, track live Databot™ sensor data, and see how close your design gets to artificial gravity!

We will be putting out pizza for everyone at the beginning of the event. We cannot account for individual taste or guarangee allergy compatability. Please eat responsibly!

Astronauts aboard the ISS celebrate Yuri's Night in 2011 on the 50th anniversary of Yuri Gagarin's flight and the 30th anniversary of STS-1. April 12 is also designated as the International Day of Human Spaceflight by the United Nations.
