Get comfortable and prepare your sacred space for a 75 min online Yin Yoga experience designed to prepare your mind and body for a restful night's sleep. In this practice, you'll hold gentle, grounded poses for 3 to 5 minutes, massaging the deep connective tissues and freeing energetic pathways. This approach calms the nervous system, fosters self-care, and promotes stress relief. In the season of giving thanks, we will center our practice around gratitude, inviting you to cultivate appreciation for yourself and the life you are living.
This online session is taught with love by Erin Sonn, M.Ed., ERYT, owner of eat.YOGA.drink.®, which brings traditional yoga and mindfulness experiences to nontraditional spaces.THe Zoom link will be sent to participants the day of class.
