Join us for a festive, nostalgic and restful evening sound circle. Warm flickering candles, twinkling lights, deep heart centre meditation and quartz crystal singing bowl resonance will allow us to deeply celebrate and embody the season’s feeling of gratitude and love. Bathe in the calming and soothing sound magic to usher in Yuletide. We will indulge in a festive ritual to make a Christmas wish to carry us through to the end of 2024. To bring the sound circle to a close, gather and be part of our warm-hearted community enjoying some tasty and festive treats together.
Sacred instruments powerfully tuned to 432hz the primordial sound of the universe are played to re-connect deeply with ourselves in a meditative and calm space. Waves of soothing balancing vibrations will flow through us from the sacred quartz crystal singing bowls, otherworldly ethereal melodies and nostalgic musical harmonies. Feel the deep and restful resonance of the magical crystal rainbow chalice and hand hammered Tibetan singing bowls. Absorb the sonic vibrations of the rejuvenating crystal pyramid and the sweet fairy tinkle of the delicate bamboo and Chakra chimes.
Flowing through the evening, will be moments of poetry and aromatic Yuletide essential oils to fully awaken the senses to this magical time of year.
What should I bring?
The Swansea Wellbeing Centre supplies all that you need. To optimise the experience we encourage optional items of comfort such as your favourite pillow or blanket, comfy warm clothing, any item close to your heart, eye pillows and crystals.
Where is the sound journey?
Our environment is nestled in a beautiful healing space in Swansea. This place is all the soothing vibes! The address is Swansea Wellbeing Centre, Walter Road, Swansea SA1 5PQ. There is some free street parking outside and close to the centre.
When you arrive at Swansea Wellbeing Centre please take a comfortable seat in reception. I will collect you promptly at 6.30pm.
