Yule Tide is an ancient Pagan festival — a sacred honoring of the longest night of the year. From this night forward, the days begin to lengthen. With every sunrise, there will be a little less darkness and a little more light.
On this sacred night, we gather to pause, to breathe, and to remember: the light returns, but not before the darkness has had its say.
By candlelight, we will enter a space of stillness and ceremony — to honor the darkness within and around us.
We will sit with our sadness, our grief, our fear, our anger, our loneliness — the tender places that have shaped us, softened us, and deepened our compassion.
We will hold them with reverence, and when we are ready, release them gently back to the earth with love.
Together, we’ll weave a tapestry of sacred practices —✨ Pagan rituals of honoring and renewal✨ A Hindu chant that awakens the divine within✨ A heart-opening cacao ceremony✨ And moments of shared stillness that remind us we are never truly alone.
As the night draws to a close, we’ll pass the flame from hand to hand, illuminating one another’s faces as we sing Silent Night.
In the quiet that follows, we’ll sit together in meditation — a circle of souls, united in gratitude for both the darkness and the returning light.
The Light and the Darkness within mehonors and acknowledgesthe Light and the Darkness within you.
