Yule Log Craftingwith Inner Circle Sanctuary

Join us for a fun night of crafting and education as we learn about the symbolism and history of the Yule logs while we make some of our own.
You will need:
*Wood log with 3 holes drilled on top
*3-taper candles in combinations of
red, white, and green
OR
black, white, and red
OR
silver, white, and gold.
*Various seasonal decorations like pinecones, evergreen bundles, twine, birds, nuts, solstice ornaments, bows, ribbons, dried fruit, garland, etc. The more natural the better. If they’re natural, you can burn them. Plastic decorations are fine to use, but you need to remove them before burning the log. Also, many of us will bring decorations to share.
*Glue gun and glue
*Extension cords
*Snack and drinks to feast on while we craft together.
You’ll want a log that’s thick enough to hold all your decorations and candles. It should be either a full round log or a halved log so it’s round on top and flat on the bottom. Firewood bundles of quartered wood are not what you want. We may have logs available.
As always, our events are family-friendly and potluck, so please bring a dish if you would like.
