Join us for day-long festivities to kick off the second day of the 12 Days of Yule and celebrate the Winter Solstice! If you love to make and take things and Yule traditions from around the world, this event is for you. Price of admission includes:- A traditional yule log candle holder
- A beaded Christmas Spider
- Cedar and Pine smoke sticks
- Ingredients for one Yule simmer pot
- Paper crafts, ornaments, and coloring
- One cup of Yule themed tea
- One entry into a drawing for "witchy" stuff
- Traditional carols with non-Christmas lyrics
- Also help string popcorn and make edible ornaments for the birds as part of our Yule Ritual.
- At sunset, we will host a ritual for the shortest day/longest night as we look forward to the coming longer days and more light.
- We are asking everyone to bring some type of snack/charcuterie/cookies to share.
Cost for this event is $15! If the price is a barrier, please contact me and we'll work something out.
Also, dress warmly (especially your toes) as the we will be in a greenhouse and outside. Hope to see all of you there!
