Deck Lists and Registration Forms are required for all Tier 2 events, including all Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG OTS
You are encouraged to download copies of the KDE-US Deck List and KDE-US.
Registration forms online at www.yugioh-card.com and complete them before attending the event.
The KDE-US Deck List is editable, and Duelists are encouraged to type out their Deck List if possible.
