The Youth Services Quality Council (YSQC) is excited to bring you our 32nd Annual Breakfast Meeting, in partnership with the Monroe County Youth Bureau. This year, we are focusing on Compassion Without Collapse, with a keynote from Radical Candor. Developed by Kim Scott, Radical Candor is a communication framework for specific, sincere praise and kind, clear criticism. Stay with us for the afternoon to engage with the framework and practice your skills, so you can maintain compassion in your work, without collapsing!

Along with our keynote speaker, we will also present the YSQC awards, showcase youth talent, and hear remarks from our community partners. The annual breakfast meeting is a day dedicated to celebrating, connecting, and uplifting Monroe County’s youth-serving community.

This hands-on workshop goes beyond theory. Participants will practice real conversations, engage in guided role plays, and learn practical tools to communicate with authenticity, compassion, and impact.

ALL youth-service professionals at all stages of their professional career are strongly encouraged to attend this session to:

• Build confidence in navigating difficult conversations
• Foster collaboration and accountability across teams and departments

We are offering multiple methods of payment this year. Please register based on your payment type (YSQC paid member agency, general admission, check/money order).

Pricing follows the payment levels listed, this option is listed as free with the understanding agencies will be paying by check/money order. PARKING

Free parking is available at Monroe Community Hospital. It's recommended that you park in Parking Lot 1 and use the entrance by the auditorium instead of the main visitor entrance.
