👥 Open To: All genders & skill levels 8-18 years — from beginners to advanced players

Arrival & Collection
- Please arrive promptly at 15:45PM for registration

Consent & Medical Information
- All participants must have a completed consent form, including emergency contact, medical information, and photography/filming permissions, submitted prior to the event.
- Children without a signed consent form will not be able to participate.
Supervision & Safety
- A qualified safeguarding lead and first aid trained staff member will be present throughout the session.
- Coaches will maintain a supervision ratio of at least 1 adult to 10 children.
Emergency Procedures
- In case of any emergency, first aid will be administered, and emergency services will be contacted immediately if required.
- Parents will be informed promptly of any incidents.
