YPN Connect: Young Professionals Business & Networking Conference
Connect with other young professionals who are building their careers, businesses, and leadership in the marketplace.
YPN Connect is a pre-conference experience designed for Christian marketplace leaders ages 18–39 who want to grow in leadership, expand their network, and integrate faith into their professional lives.
This gathering includes a leadership talk, an interactive panel discussion, professional headshots, and intentional networking with other young professionals attending the conference.

What to Expect
### 12:00 PM — Arrival + Professional Headshots
Check in, grab refreshments, and begin connecting with other young professionals while professional headshots are available.

12:30 PM — Featured Leadership Talk
Hear from Mark Whitacre, former Fortune 500 executive whose story inspired the film The Informant starring Matt Damon.
Mark now speaks internationally about leadership, integrity, and faith in the marketplace.

1:15 PM — Interactive Leadership Panel
Mark Whitacre will join two young professionals building in the marketplace for a live leadership discussion and Q&A.
Topics may include:
• launching or growing a business
• leadership development early in your career
• integrating faith into the workplace
• navigating challenges in entrepreneurship or professional growth

2:00 PM — Networking + Marketplace Leadership Conversations
The final portion of the event focuses on intentional networking and connection with other young professionals and entrepreneurs.
Attendees may also participate in Marketplace Leadership Conversations — short recorded discussions where professionals share insights on leadership, entrepreneurship, and faith in the workplace.
Participants will receive the video afterward for LinkedIn or social media content.

3:30 PM — Event Concludes
After the event, attendees are invited to walk together to the Chamber Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at 4:00 PM as part of the conference experience.
