Youth Vision & Wellness Workshop: Creative Expression for Mental Health & Healthy Choices

The Youth Vision & Wellness Workshop is a three-hour, interactive experience designed to support youth mental wellness, emotional expression, and healthy decision-making through creativity and guided discussion.
This workshop creates a safe, supportive space where youth can explore their thoughts, emotions, and goals while learning positive coping strategies and healthy life choices. Through creative expression and facilitated conversations, participants are encouraged to reflect, connect, and grow.
What Youth Will Experience
- Creative expression activities (including guided vision board mapping)
- Opportunities for reflection and self-awareness
- Age-appropriate mental wellness discussions
- Encouragement around healthy choices and positive decision-making
- Supportive guidance from experienced facilitators
- No artistic experience is required. All materials are provided.
