About this Event

Youth Suicide Prevention Training (6 CEs Available)

Join us for a critical and engaging training focused on understanding, preventing, and responding to youth suicide. This session equips participants with practical tools, increased awareness, and confidence to intervene effectively with at-risk youth.

This training offers 6 Continuing Education (CE) hours approved through LPCGA, GAMFT, and GSCSW.


Training Description

Youth suicide remains a growing public health concern, impacting families, schools, and communities. This training provides a comprehensive overview of risk factors, warning signs, and protective strategies specific to youth populations. Participants will explore evidence-informed approaches to early identification, intervention, and postvention, while also gaining insight into the role of trauma, communication, and support systems.

Participants who complete the full training will receive 6 CEs through LPCGA, GAMFT, and GSCSW.
