Youth Somatic Drumming Class – Rhythm & Release (All Ages)

Not every child needs more screen time.
Some need rhythm.

Rhythm & Release is a 60-minute biweekly youth somatic drumming class led by Baba T.

This experience uses guided rhythm and body-based movement to support:

✔ Emotional regulation
✔ Healthy energy expression
✔ Stress reduction
✔ Focus and coordination
✔ Mind-body connection

This is not a performance class.
It is a wellness-based somatic experience designed to help children release stored tension and build nervous system resilience.

Drums are provided.
All ages welcome.
