This interactive workshop is designed and delivred by the Student Legal Services of Edmonton, Legal Education & Reform Project for students aged 12 to 18 and covers everything you need to know about dealing with police and your rights at work. From understanding when the police can stop, search, or detain you, to knowing your rights if you get your first job, we’ll break down the information in a way that’s easy to understand and relevant to your life. You’ll also find out what to do if your rights are violated and who can help. Join us to empower yourself with the knowledge you need to stay safe, confident, and informed!
