Members of the youth football and cheer community with WCJFL and the Junior Rebels are invited to attend our annual Youth Night at School Stadium. This year, Youth Night will take place during the Week 1 season opener for varsity football on Friday, September 5.
Before the game, an announcement will be made allowing players and cheerleaders to join the Rebel Marching Band and varsity cheerleaders in making a tunnel for the Rebels to run through when introduced for the first time in 2025!
Youth Night is a celebration of the connection between youth sports and high school sports. It is also a celebration of the start to a brand new season and gives a glimpse of the future playing and cheering under the Friday Night Lights!
During the game, cheerleaders will have the opportunity to cheer on the track with the varsity cheerleaders.
Per WCPS policy, all students middle school age and younger must be accompanied by an adult 21 years or older in order to attend the game. During the game, that adult is responsible for supervision of the student they arrived with.
Players and cheerleaders who plan to attend should RSVP through their respective organization by September 3.
Kickoff of the game is scheduled for 6 p.m.
