About this Event
Join the Youth Mental Health Summit!
Join us for an empowering and interactive Youth Mental Health Summit designed to bring young people together to learn, connect, and prioritize their well-being. This event creates a supportive space where youth can openly explore topics such as mental health, stress, identity, relationships, and resilience.
The summit will feature an inspiring keynote address from Marquis Hill (Real MJ Hill), who will share his powerful story and message about perseverance, self-worth, and overcoming challenges. His message encourages young people to recognize their strength and potential even during difficult times.
Through engaging workshops, guest speakers, creative activities, and open discussions, participants will gain tools to support their mental health and learn how to advocate for themselves and their peers. The event will also center youth voices and encourage meaningful conversations about the challenges young people face today.
This summit is open to middle and high school students and will bring together youth, community leaders, educators, and mental health professionals who are committed to supporting the well-being of young people.
Come connect, learn, be inspired, and help break the stigma surrounding mental health
