Youth Mental Health First Aid In Person RPCC

Join us for a hands-on, in-person session where you'll learn how to spot and support young people facing mental health challenges. This event is all about giving you the tools to make a real difference in your community. Meet others passionate about youth well-being and get practical tips in a friendly setting. Don’t miss out on this chance to improve your skills and be a mental health hero!

Once you have booked you will recieve an email with the link to enroll in the course, and complete the online pre-work. The pre-work will be due two days before your training session. You will want to bring snacks, drinks and anything needed to feel comfortable. Please note that childcare is not provided, and you will not be permitted any guests. Additionally, you must stay the entire training to become certified.
