Youth in Government is a 5-piece Space Rock group lead by Christopher Mathews-Larsen that hails from Washington DC. Their music seeks to make the sonic equivalent of a symphonic space odyssey by combining the atmosphere of 90s bands such as Slowdive and Spiritualized with the psychedelic swirls of bands like Pink Floyd and Hawkwind
