About this Event
This weekly group fitness class for youth features fun, challenging workouts that build strength, stamina, and confidence. Each session includes a dynamic warm-up, guided stretching, light-to-moderate cardio, and strength training. No equipment or experience required, just show up ready to move!
Bonus: we’ll occasionally feature guest instructors to bring new energy and approaches to the room.
