Character Creation is an immersive methods and materials class that introduces students to the world of digital art. Through a combination of theory and hands-on practice, aspiring artists will learn how to bring their original characters to life. The course covers the entire creative process, from initial concept sketches to final print-ready artwork.
By the end of this course, students will have a portfolio piece of original character artwork ready for publication. Whether they aspire to create comic book heroes, fantasy creatures, sci-fi protagonists, or the next animated hit, this course introduces students to the skills needed to succeed in the competitive world of professional illustration.
