Youth Cook & Eat provides education and increases skills and awareness of agriculture, healthy eating, food preparation, food safety and food access skills among youth. Effort is taken to build upon existing skills each week in order to improve skills while empowering the youth by building upon their food-related self-esteem while having fun and enjoying the company for peers.REGISTRATION REQUIRED
There is a class max of 10 youth per session.
Classes run Sundays, Jan. 5th to Feb. 9th from 11am to 1pm
For ages 8 to 15 years old
There is a fee of $50.00 per youth
