YouSports Erasmus+ Evening at Explorium

Are you part of a sports club working with young people and interested in exploring European opportunities?
Join us for the YouSport Erasmus+ Evening, taking place in the incredible Explorium Sport & Science Museum, Sandyford.

This free event offers clubs, coaches, and young athletes (13–30) the chance to:

• Learn about Erasmus+ funding opportunities available for both young people and sports staff
• Explore how your club can benefit from youth exchanges, training pathways, and international collaborations
• Enjoy full access to Explorium’s interactive exhibits blending sport, science, and technology
• Connect with experts and organisations already engaging with Erasmus+
• Learn how European projects can enrich your club’s development and support inclusion, participation & leadership in sport

Finger food will be provided on the evening.

6:00pm – Registration & food
6:30pm – Welcome & Erasmus+ introduction
7:00pm – Free time to explore the Explorium Activities
8:30pm – Networking and open information stand on all Erasmus+ opportunities
9:00pm – Close

Additional Notes

• This event is open to coaches/club representatives and young people (13-30) who are involved in Sport (maximum of 3 young people per adult). Please note that club representatives are responsible for any attendees under 18, and the accompanying adult must supervise the young people they bring for the full duration of the event.
• Free entry, but booking is essential
• As tickets are limited, early booking is essential, and allocation will be on a first-come, first-served basis
