Join WTS-KC for an International Women’s Month luncheon featuring “YOU’RE NOT AN IMPOSTER. YOU’RE A PIONEER! Owning Your Expertise in Rooms That Were Not Built for You.” Led by Courtney Thomas, Founder and CEO of Thrive 360, this 1‑PDH session explores why imposter feelings arise and how to confidently own your strengths in spaces where you may be the “first” or the “only.” Participants will walk away with practical strategies to reframe self‑doubt, elevate their professional presence, and lead authentically as they break new ground in their careers.
After completing registration, a google form link will be emailed to your email. We ask that you take 3-5 minutes to reflect on a few questions to better inform our time together.
