All are welcome! This beginner friendly, classical Pilates mat class is a full body workout. Monifications and tips to make the moves more challenging will be offered. And if props are your jam - there will be plenty.

Free parking is available - parking entrance is on R St. NE, just past the entrance. Just pull up to the gate (it will open, promise). To exit the parking garage, take the elevator to level 1 and walk around the building.
