The Loddon Mallee Public Health Unit is offering a free community information session exploring the impacts of menopause and perimenopause on women’s wellbeing, overall health, and relationships.
Our guest speaker is Nicole Strom, a Nurse Practitioner with over 25 years of clinical experience across both the American and Australian healthcare systems. Nicole earned her Master of Nursing (with Distinction) in Adult Medicine and Women’s Health from Yale University, USA, and was the first Menopause Society Certified Practitioner in Australia.
Nicole is known for her compassionate, holistic approach, blending evidence-based medicine with personalised care. With a strong clinical focus on menopause, she is dedicated to helping women navigate this transformative stage of life, addressing symptoms, improving quality of life, and empowering them with education and tailored treatment options.
This session will provide valuable insights, expert perspectives, and practical advice in a relaxed and supportive environment. Whether you are personally experiencing menopause, supporting someone who is, or simply looking to expand your understanding, you are warmly welcome.
