J Franco is the founder of FIMM Agency, a content marketing and social media management firm supporting high-level, service-based business owners. She helps women turn lived experience into credibility, authority, and opportunity through intentional personal branding and strategic storytelling.
She holds a master’s degree in Communication Management from the University of Southern California Annenberg School and is the 2026 American Business Woman for the American Business Women’s Association. She currently serves as the 2025–2026 President of the CyFair Express Network.
J is a two-time Stevie® Award recipient, named Social Media Manager of the Year in 2024 and 2025, the 2025 Sheri Parrack Diversity in Excellence Small Business Award recipient from the Federation of Houston Professional Women, and the 2024 Federation of Houston Professional Women Entrepreneur of the Year.
