When your business is growing and life is full, it’s easy for your inner life to quietly take a back seat. In her talk, “Your Root System: When Your Business is Flowering, but You’re Feeling a Bit Wilted,” Zemirah invites us to return to what truly sustains us.
.
From Zemirah - "Your inner life is the root system everything else grows from. When it goes untended or when your schedule fills and the stillness disappears, even meaningful work can begin to feel overwhelming. It's simply about pouring without replenishing, building without rooting. The mystics, the healers, and the wisdom traditions have always known the remedy. In our meeting, we will draw from ancient wisdom and embodied practice to do one essential thing: protect what sustains you, so what you are building can actually flower."
.
This session is a reminder that your inner life is the foundation everything else is built on. When that root system is nourished, what you’re creating can truly thrive. Through a blend of ancient wisdom and embodied practice, Zemirah will guide us back to balance so we’re not just doing more, but living from a deeper, more grounded place.
