Your Soul Remembered is a guided group past life regression journey designed to explore these deeper layers of awareness. Through a relaxed and supported hypnotic state, you will have the opportunity to access memories, impressions, or symbolic stories that may offer clarity, healing, and peace.
This experience is not about proving anything. It is about allowing intuitive soul insight to arise naturally.
What to Expect
Grounding + Intention Setting We begin with an introduction and a brief orientation to hypnosis so you feel safe, informed, and in control throughout the experience. We will go through a brief exercise to familiarize ourselves with the process of hypnosis, so you feel comfortable and have an idea of what to expect. There will be time for questions and clarity.
Guided Group Regression Journey You will then be led through a structured hypnotic process that allows your subconscious to reveal a significant lifetime connected to something you are currently navigating. This feels most similar to a guided meditative journey or shamanic journey, where you will lie comfortably on your mat, with blankets, bolsters, and eye masks, listening to Allie’s guidance as she walks you through the journey.
Integration + Reflection After returning to full awareness, you will have space to journal and to gently integrate with the group. Sharing is optional. Reflection is encouraged.

Allie Blaisdell is a certified hypnotherapist and the founder of Pure Transcendence Healing, based out of Hampton Falls, NH. She specializes in trauma-informed subconscious healing through guided imagery, regression hypnosis work, and nervous system-based transformational experiences.
Allie’s work blends clinical hypnotherapy principles with intuitive depth exploration, creating a space that is both grounded and expansive. She is known for her calming presence, emotionally attuned guidance, and ability to help clients access profound insight while feeling safe and supported.
