Waltham Forest Council have teamed up with His Majesty’s Revenue and Customs (HMRC) to deliver One-Stop sessions on registering for Self -Employment. These are community based events to give you an overview of what to do if you are thinking of or have recently become your own boss. These events are not designed to give individual or specific tax advice .
HMRC will be presenting hour long roadshows about tax as part of their customer and community outreach programme.
We will be looking at:
✅ Self-Employment and Self-Assessment for new starters
✅ How to register you and your small business
✅ Tax Payments
✅ How to pay and when
About the Host:
The Business and IP Centre is based on the ground floor of the Leytonstone library and is here to support your business. This event is free of charge and is designed to help local businesses prosper, network and integrate into the community.
