Your Ideal Day is a 2-hour reflective workshop (and dinner!) based on Barbara Sher’s celebrated Wishcraft exercise. It’s designed to help you reconnect with what you truly want — not what you “should” want — by walking you through a full, imagined day in the life you’d love to live.
Through guided visualization, journaling, and small-group conversation, you’ll explore:
- What your ideal day looks and feels like — hour by hour
- What values, environments, and activities light you up
- What your vision reveals about your purpose, your needs, or your next steps
- How to use your ideal day as a compass for designing a life, venture, or career that fits
