About Carlos:

Carlos Alvarado leads a team dedicated to developing and cultivating a diverse talent pipeline that aligns with SoCalGas' evolving needs. Carlos has been with SoCalGas for 12 years, spending seven years in Organizational Effectiveness, where he facilitated personal and professional growth through leadership and soft skills development. His other roles at SoCalGas include positions in both the Safety and Wellness departments, where he established various wellness and safety programs, such as the Industrial Athlete Training Center.
