So you know your bok choy from your wombok, but have you ever tried growing them in the garden?
Connie Cao, author of Your Asian Veggie Patch, passionate permaculture gardener, and digital content creator with over 90K followers on Instagram is here to teach us how.
Connie will take us through her top ten Asian veg to grow in Melbourne for a thriving patch this Summer.
This event is preceded by a produce swap and seed stocking event for the Hobsons Bay Seed Library so please feel free to bring along any seed/produce/flowers that you’d like to swap.
We’ll have herbal teas straight from the garden for you to enjoy over a chat with like-minded locals.
Book sales and signings available on the night with seeds from Connie’s garden with every book.
5.30pm to 6.15pm: join us for a produce swap, seed library stocking session and herbal teas straight from the garden.
6.15pm: Author talk will commence.
