How many antiques do you have in your house? Antiques are part of history. They play a role in almost everyone’s life. To delve into any particular area requires much research. Antiques expert Lydia Bellan will help us understand why they are so important.This presentation will be interactive – an opportunity to share your objects and have your questions about them answered. There will be no slides and only a limited amount of lecturing.
Instead, you are invited to bring items you cherish from your past (antiques, vintage items, collectibles) so you can learn about them and discover what they are and why they are important. Lydia will also share ways to move them on if you no longer want them.

Lydia Bellan is an antique dealer/appraiser and has been in the business of antiques for 40 years. At one time she owned an antique store but now does antique shows throughout the Lower Mainland and across Canada and the US. She has been on the very popular Antiques Road Show several times.
