For kids 4+, this fun and imaginative class uses movement, games, and breathwork to introduce yoga—no experience needed! With stories, songs, and creative play, young yogis build body awareness, focus, and confidence in a playful, calming space.If your yogi will be attending, please make sure to RSVP to the event or message me on instagram/facebook.
