We’re excited to host our TENTH Beer & Cheese pairing with Edgewood Cheese Shop and Eatery.

When: Wednesday, October 8, 2025, 6pm

Where: Proc Taproom

Price: $45 per person (includes $5 gratuity)

Details: You’ll receive 5 tastings of beer specially paired with 5 different cheeses. Enjoy them each while you learn about the individual beers and cheeses, the different flavors, and why the 2 work well together.

We work really hard to make each pairing unique and not repeat beers from tasting to tasting. If you enjoyed a pairing in the past, you can definitely enjoy it again!
