  • Participants will take part in an interactive workshop led by Commanding Presence, focused on helping professionals distill complex information into clear, impactful, and memorable messages—whether in small conversations, team meetings, or high-stakes presentations.
  • Using the FOCUS! Method, this session will help you strengthen your natural speaking style while building confidence, presence, and persuasive communication skills.

  • Communicate with clarity and precision so your message is understood and remembered
  • “Say less and say it better” when presenting ideas
  • Turn complex thoughts into concise, persuasive messages
  • Prepare short, clear, and memorable talks on current topics
