Our panel explores how young people are shaping - and being shaped by - the workplaces they aspire to for the future. As expectations around flexibility, purpose, inclusivity, and wellbeing continue to evolve, employers and educators must adapt to meet the needs of a new generation entering the workforce. We’ll examine what Generation Z values in a job, how they define success, and the support they need to thrive and achieve their career ambitions.
From digital fluency and sustainability to mental health and meaningful work, this session brings together youth voices, employers, and educators to uncover how we can co-create work environments that are productive, human-centred, and future-ready. Using survey results from current students, we’ll explore how to design workplaces that inspire, support, and engage the next generation. Professionals in recruitment, talent development, and workplace strategy are invited to listen, learn, and help reimagine the workplaces of tomorrow.
