Join Jared’s Heart of Success for “You Matter: Mental Health Awareness Workshop,” a powerful, community-centered experience designed to uplift, educate, and support youth, families, and community members.
In a time where many are silently navigating stress, anxiety, and life challenges, this workshop creates a safe and welcoming space for open conversation, connection, and healing.
Participants will engage in meaningful discussions and interactive moments focused on mental health support, coping strategies, and self-care. You will learn how to recognize when support is needed, gain practical tools to manage stress and emotions, and explore ways to prioritize your well-being.
This workshop is open to youth, families, and community members who are seeking support, connection, and tools for mental wellness.
At Jared’s Heart of Success, we believe that mental health is essential. Our goal is to reduce stigma, encourage real conversations, and remind every individual that they are not alone.
