The You Grow Girl™ Conference is a one-day transformational experience created to help girls ages 9–12 strengthen their confidence, emotional awareness, and self-concept during one of the most formative seasons of their lives.

Hosted by Empowered to Flourish, this conference is designed to nurture the “whole girl” — academically, socially, and emotionally — so she leaves equipped with tools she can use immediately at school, at home, and in her community.
