Ever notice how quickly you twist yourself into something more acceptable? How you soften your no, swallow your needs, dim your brilliance, or shapeshift into whoever feels safest to be?
That didn’t come from nowhere. It came from you surviving.
People-pleasing, self-abandonment, shrinking, none of these are not flaws. They're intelligent adaptations shaped by nervous system responses, attachment wounds, trauma, illness, and a culture that quietly (or loudly) teaches us we are never quite enough.
While survival strategies mean we're still here, over time, they can become cages. This workshop is a guided return to the self you had to leave behind.
We’ll explore how self-worth gets fractured through abuse, chronic stress, and societal conditioning, and why reclaiming it isn’t a mindset shift, it’s a practice to your inherent enoughness.
Through somatic exercises, inner-parts work, and grounded discussion, we’ll gently meet the parts of you that learned it wasn’t safe to shine, to take up space, or to be fully seen. We’ll work with those parts, not against them, building trust instead of bypassing them.
Together, we’ll practice:
- Reconnecting with your body as a source of truth and safety
- Finding your true yes and your clean, anchored no
- Recognizing and unwinding patterns of self-abandonment
- Tending to the protective parts that fear your power
- Cultivating self-love as a daily, lived practice rather t han a performance
Your crown was never taken. You just set it down to survive. Let’s help you put it back on. 👑
