You Are Your First Home: Day of Wellness

As part of You Are Your First Home, a solo exhibition by multimedia artist Britney Symone, we welcome you to join for an afternoon of relaxation and self-reflection.

You're invited to reconnect with yourself through the benefits of restorative yoga, journaling, and sound healing. Come ready to stretch, breathe deep, and put pen to paper with an open mind.

Not into yoga? Stop by after class to enjoy the exhibition, dj sessions, and holistic activities.

Info: Space is limited so please arrive on time to secure your spot in class.

Info: We'll begin by reflecting on our inner world to understand how mind, body, and spirit shape our external world. We'll practice journaling on our relationship with self-awareness, with the knowledge that home starts within.

Info: With our minds open, we'll begin practice. All levels are welcome to participate in this restorative flow, involving long holds and breathwork to help you tap into your inner peace. Dress comfortably and bring along your yoga mat, water, and a blanket or full size towel for extra cushion.

Info: A sound bath is a deeply-immersive, full-body listening experience that intentionally uses sound to nurture your mind and body. Our sound healer, Shalice will guide us through a meditative crystal singing bowl experience directly following yoga.

Info: Join us after class for open gallery hours and holistic activities like henna art, tarot readings, self-facilitated journal activities, and dj sessions.
