Looking to do some good in your local community? Want to meet new people, try something new, or put your skills to good use? Come along to meet a wide range of local charities and community groups, explore their stalls, and discover the many different volunteering roles available.
This year’s Volunteering Fair will take place at the Priory Street Centre on Wednesday 4 March, from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m.
Information for visitors
The event will be held at the Priory Street Centre in York. The fair will be open to visitors from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m.
Please book a free visitor ticket in advance. You will not need to show a ticket on arrival, but booking helps us understand expected numbers.
Information for stall holders
To take part as a stall holder, you must be a Voluntary, Community or Social Enterprise organisation looking for volunteers in York. Volunteering opportunities must be advertised on www.YorkCVS.org.uk/Volunteers in advance of the fair.
Please select the appropriate ticket for your stall size. If only one person is attending, please choose a one-seat table. Tables with power will have access to a single socket.
Stall holders can arrive from 1:45 p.m. to set up and enjoy tea and coffee before the event opens. Further information will be sent after your free space is booked.
