The next York VCSE Assembly meeting will take place on Wednesday 4 February, 10am - 12pm, in the Main Hall at the Priory Street Centre. The meeting will focus on the neighbourhood health model and what is happening across York.
The NHS Neighbourhood Health Model aims to deliver integrated, community-based care, enhancing access and improving health outcomes while addressing health inequalities. Join the meeting to find out more about what's happening locally and what this means for VCSE organisations in York.
About the York VCSE Assembly:
The York VCSE Assembly - Health and Care meetings bring York's voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE) sector together to discuss key local health and care issues, and to engage and connect with the Humber and North Yorkshire Health and Care Partnership and the NHS Integrated Care Board, in order to be a key partner in the design and delivery of health and care in York.
