Yoni Yin Yoga Workshop

Yoni serves as the Sanskrit term for womb or source; it is a divine matrix of pleasure, generation, and infinite creative power. In our Yoni Yin Yoga workshop series, we will be tapping into this matrix through slow-paced gentle movements that opens the hips, lubricates the body’s fascial network, and strengthens the navel and pelvic floor. The extended time in postures allows your body to adjust and melt into stretches prompting your thoughts to slow down.

In addition to a yin yoga flow, you will also learn breathwork practices, hand gestures, mantras, visualization techniques, and self touch exercises to invite relaxation into your nervous system. Join me the first Tuesday of each month to expand your internal sense of awareness as you explore the infinite portal of the Yoni: inheriting your source energy, while embracing all that you encounter along the journey. Here you will reconnect your breath, belly, and genitalia to rediscover your original innocence & internal ecstasy. Are you ready?
