About this Event
Every week one teacher will give an in-depth open level workshop in their own dance style.
Starting with loosening up the body by doing a gentle warming up to a groovy workout we slowly introduce you to the dance qualities of the teacher of the day.
With the basic steps and flow of movement that you will follow and repeat you are “downloading the steps into your physical hard drive”. The steps slowly become more nature for your body and the process of picking up dance combinations makes it more and more easy over time.
The teacher will eventually come up with different concepts and exercises. Don’t forget that dance is an art, and you are the artist as well! By following the exercises and/or choreography you eventually add your personal flavor to it.
At the end we will show ourselves what we have created together and the progress we are making in dance.
