Advanced Jivamukti Yoga teacher Jules Febre will guide you over the course of 10 or 13 immersive hours across two days, we will explore a wide variety of āsana, meditation, and yogic philosophy. Drawing inspiration from the profound and concise teachings of the Māṇḍūkya Upaniṣad, each session intertwines the practical aspects of yoga with timeless philosophical insights, enriching your practice on and off the mat. The emphasis of this weekend is practice and exploration, getting back into the seat of a student interested in deepening their practice and understanding. The weekend ends with a 2.5 hr focus on hands-on assists for intermediate level āsana-s in a small group setting.

The 1.5 day (10+ hrs) package is open for all regular Yoga students. The full 2-day package (incl Sunday afternoon) is mainly aimed at Yoga teachers and Intermediate trainees / practitioners
